Andrew was extremely easy to deal with and arranged for a tech to inspect within a couple of days. The problem was found quickly, parts ordered and installed. The tech that came to our hike is not only a credit to Chillax, but also to his family. At just 22, he showed professionalism, manners, courtesy and product knowledge. I may be old, but these things seem to be missing in our hurried world. Thankyou Chillax, I hope we never need you again but if we do, you're on speed dial.

We used Chillax to have our ducted air conditioner serviced. They arrived at our home at the scheduled time and were very knowledgeable with the information they told us. We had a couple of minor issue prior to them servicing our air con which they were able to fix. We are very happy with the service!

Andrew came and did an exceptional job, fixing what another company had not fixed properly and going above and beyond to make sure it was working properly with extra follow up to make sure it’s still working properly. Can not recommend enough

Builder review:
Andrew communicates very well, his leading hand works well with other trades on site, and they adapt to all different timing and working conditions.
Thankyou gents.

Andrew was great to deal with from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was very reasonable and there were no surprises. The installation was done efficiently and the area was left tidy afterwards. The air conditioner works perfectly and we’re very happy with the service. Highly recommend Andrew for anyone needing air conditioning work.

Andrew and his team at Chillax Air are awesome. They came and did a deep clean on our 2 mitsu electric splits at a very reasonable price. They also diagnosed and repaired one of our units that couldn't be operated with the remote anymore.

We had been told this would be a very expensive ($400+) repair by someone else and may not even work. It was fixed by Chillax for about $200 less and works wonderfully.

Chillax is 100% worth the call.

Being a trades person of 45 years I can honestly say these guys were excellent in every aspect of their profession. prompt and didn’t ask to take out a second mortgage to have the repair work done to my air conditioning system! Very reasonably priced! So give Andrew at chillax a call and get it done right.
